Senior Manager, Treasury & Fund Operations

We are looking for an experienced Treasury & Fund Operations Senior Manager to join our team in Bangkok. This role sits at the intersection of fund management, banking operations, and cross-border settlement, and will play a key part in strengthening our financial operations across the region. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in treasury operations, a hands-on approach to process improvement, and the leadership capability to manage and develop a local team.

• →Oversee end-to-end bank account management, including account opening/closing, signatory management, and ongoing maintenance across multiple jurisdictions
• →Manage fund reconciliation and clearing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all fund movements
• →Monitor and manage liquidity positions, ensuring sufficient funding availability across accounts and entities
• →Handle international fund settlement and cross-border payment operations, including foreign exchange settlements and related accounting entries
• →Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to resolve fund settlement issues, handle banking matters, and maintain strong institutional relationships
• →Identify opportunities for system automation and process optimization to drive operational efficiency and reduce manual workload
• →Partner with internal teams including Accounting, Risk, and Compliance to ensure alignment on fund flows and operational controls
• →Lead and develop a local operations team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and building team capability over time
• →Support regulatory reporting and safeguarding requirements where applicable

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in treasury operations, banking operations, fund management, or a related financial discipline
• Solid understanding of cross-border settlement, foreign exchange operations, and financial accounting fundamentals
• Experience in the payments or fintech industry is a strong advantage, particularly in international payment settlement
• Proven team management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Thai banking regulations, local financial institutions, and regional payment ecosystems
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational risks and drive process improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions
• Fluency in both English and Thai is required; basic Mandarin Chinese communication skills would be a plus.
• High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
