Job Summary:

The Business Analyst at 31 Green will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. This role involves bridging the gap between business objectives and technology, ensuring that projects are aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 
Responsibilities:

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements 

• Perform quality assurance 
• Define reporting and alerting requirements 
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration 
• Help design, document and maintain system processes 
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team 

• Communicate key insights and findings to product team 
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

Key Requirements  

• Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development. 

• High proficiency with SQL and database management 
• Documentations regarding BRD, FRD, UML Diagrams, Business Flow. 
• Proven analytical abilities. 
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports. 
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights. 

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science. 
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications. 
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing. 
• Extensive experience with data visualization. 
• High proficiency in technical writing.
