Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately two hours nightly
Required Availability: Between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week

360clean is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented employee to serve as a part-time Quality Assurance Lead Cleaner in the Myrtle Beach area. This position is primarily responsible for inspecting completed work, supporting our cleaning teams, and ensuring our quality standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

Travel to and inspect up to three customer locations per night
Confirm that cleaning services meet each facility’s scope of work and 360clean quality standards
Complete inspection reports and submit photos as required
Communicate service concerns, supply needs, and facility issues promptly
Provide feedback and support to cleaning team members
Perform cleaning duties only when needed to fill in for an absent cleaner or address an immediate service need
Help maintain positive relationships with customers and cleaning teams

Qualifications:

Previous commercial cleaning, quality assurance, or team lead experience preferred
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple locations
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Dependable and available Monday through Friday between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Smartphone capable of completing reports and submitting photos
Professional communication and leadership skills
Ability to meet the physical requirements of commercial cleaning
Must successfully complete applicable background and employment screening requirements
