The Channel Marketer is responsible for supporting the Taiwan General Industrial Channel team through the development and execution of channel marketing strategies and programs that strengthen partner engagement, expand market reach, and contribute to business growth. This position works in close collaboration with sales, channel partners, product marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to implement effective go-to-market initiatives tailored to the Taiwan market.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial understanding, channel marketing experience, and project execution capability to support demand generation and enhance channel effectiveness.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Channel marketing program development and execution
- →Being responsible for establishing and managing budgets
- →MDF/CS budget planning and program execution for each key channel partners
- →Working with the sales leaders and channel sales reps to execute the aligned programs
- →Co-working JBP development for key channel partners with country sales leaders
- →Planning & execution channel partner trainings both online & offline
- →Developing marketing calendar with internal stakeholders
- →Utilizing data to improvement go-to-market tactics and prioritization decision making process
Requirements
~1 min read- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in channel marketing, B2B marketing, eCommerce or a related commercial function.
- Demonstrated experience working with distributors, dealers, or other indirect sales channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate campaign and program performance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and division CAMs with external channel partners.
