As a Global Logistics Team Leader for Global Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Responsible for leading the assigned team within Global Logistics Performs transactional logistics activities alongside the team, including complex, non-routine, and escalated cases
Responsible for performance management within the assigned team Identifies and drives implementation of process improvement opportunities
Responsible for ensuring metrics are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
Develops and maintains expertise in Global Logistics end-to-end processes Performs analysis and maintenance of logistics and transportation transactional data
Ensures processes are completed within SLA targets Responsible for ensuring the team completes all training and compliance requirements in a timely manner Assists in service expansion and transition activities into the team
Monitors work queues and provides appropriate work direction
Provides backup coverage and supports resource planning within the team Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Key skills – Previous experience working with SAP, knowledge of Spanish language will be an asset,
Education - bachelor's degree
Past experience - Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics, Leader or supervisor experience
