As a Global Logistics Team Leader for Global Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

Leading the assigned team within Global Logistics
Performing transactional logistics activities alongside the team, including complex, non-routine, and escalated cases
Ensuring metrics are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
Identifies and drives implementation of process improvement opportunities

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

Previous experience working with SAP, knowledge of Spanish language will be an asset
Education - bachelor's degree
Past experience - Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics, Leader or supervisor experience
