Responsibilities

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

→Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree or professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC preferred.
→7+ years of IT audit or compliance experience with strong SOX, ITGC, application controls knowledge, and preferred GRC tool experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, build trusted relationships, analyse data, and influence outcomes across levels.
