Responsibilities

- →Responsible for hiring, training and performance management within their respective team
- →Support functional definition or redesign of LEX processes
- →Handles or coordinates non-routine or complex requests or issues Identifies opportunities for LEX governance, process, and/or systems improvements
- →Responsible for ensuring SLA/KPI are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
- →Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
- →Develop expertise on LEX end to end processes within the team
- →Provides oversight to ensure assigned team work (queues, tickets, etc.) is completed within Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets
- →Single point of contact for assigned team
- →Responsible for ensuring the team completes all training and compliance requirements in a timely manner
- →Assist in service expansion or transition activities into the team
- →Ensures operational processes are followed (i.e. LMS, Sprint/Agile, etc.)
- →Monitors work queues and provides appropriate work direction
- →Establishes regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure service is being delivered to their expectations
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/or IT.
- Demonstrated proficiency coordinating tasks
- Demonstrated detailed orientation and enjoy working with operational processes
- Collaborative Team player
- Analytical
- 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
- Leader or supervisor experience is a plus
- Previous experience working with SAP
- Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics. Familiarity with Master Data Management preferred but not required.
