Responsibilities

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

→Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Finance, Business administration or related.
→Two years of transportation, logistics sourcing or procurement experience in a private, public, government or military environment
→Experience in Buisness and Data Analytics (PowerBi, Tablue, Advance excel) Understanding Financial data is a big plus.
→Advance English level

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

→Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration or related, from an accredited institution
→Five (5) years of Sourcing in a private, public, government or military environment
→Excellent verbal and written communications.
→Strong program management, Analytical and problem solving skills and collaboration across teams, functions and organization.
