3M INDIANAPOLIS is seeking a candidate for the position of Manufacturing Coordinator - Inventory.

Full- time
Starting Rate: $26.13 + SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL (IF APPLICABLE)
New hires start with 3 weeks’ paid vacation.

Coordinate and conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and other inventory-related processes as required by the business.
Perform on-site cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
Assist with physical counts of outsourced inventories.
Execute virtual transactions for outsourced inventories.
Partner with site employees to ensure proper counting methods and accurate reporting practices.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications.
