To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree, preferably in Economics and/or Marketing fields
Sales experience with Retail clients, including those within the Drugstore and Discount channel
Very good Italian and English level both spoken and written
Communication skills
Negotiation capabilities
Goal oriented

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Knowledge of the household cleaning wholesale channel
Teamwork capabilities and previous experience in leading sales force
Prioritization

Location information: 3M Italy HQ, Pioltello. The ideal candidate should be based in Northern Italy, preferably in the Milan area
Travel expectations may include up to 70% (mainly domestic, occasionally international)
Field based role
Working pattern: full time
The position is classified at level Impiegato B2 under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry (Industria), CNEL code B011.
The gross annual remuneration envisaged for the role ranges between € 60.000 and € 65.000. The determination of the final starting remuneration within this range will be agreed taking into account the Company's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective and gender-neutral criteria, including professional qualifications, relevant work experience, skills and competencies possessed, and the level of responsibility associated with the position. The position may also provide access to a variable remuneration component of up to 20% of the gross annual remuneration, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable Company incentive scheme.
Additional benefits and allowances may be granted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the relevant CCNL, and the Company policies and programmes in force at the commencement of employment.
