We are seeking a Performance & Execution Senior Specialist to support the growth and strategic expansion of the procurement portfolio through strong metrics management, project execution, and transition support. In this role, you will use data visualization and analytics to support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and help deliver procurement strategies that meet customer and business partner needs.

You will work closely with Procurement, customers, business partners, and key stakeholders to ensure projects and transitions are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with quality expectations. You will also help strengthen project management practices and drive continuous improvement across the procurement function.

You are expected to:

Support procurement metrics and performance management systems
Lead assigned projects and transitions from planning through execution
Use data analytics and visualization to provide insights and support decisions
Partner with stakeholders to align on objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Monitor scope, budget, milestones, risks, and quality standards
