To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
Significant experience in a corporate treasury, banking, and/or relevant finance
Experience within a multinational corporate treasury centre or in-house bank environment
Understanding of intercompany funding, cash pooling, netting structures, POBO frameworks and liquidity management
Experience managing FX exposures and executing derivative transactions including FX forwards, swaps, NDFs; Experience with FX options is an added advantage
Knowledge of balance sheet hedging, cash flow hedging and net investment hedging programs

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed further in this role include:

Experience with Treasury Management Systems and ERP platforms such as Kyriba and SAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools, Power BI preferred
Understanding of treasury accounting and hedge accounting concepts
Interest in treasury transformation, digitalization and AI-enabled process improvement

Location Information - can be located at either our Dublin, Ireland or Bracknell, UK office
This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office and one day remote
Working pattern - full time
