As a Working Student (m/f/*) in Channel Marketing & Sales Support in Neuss, you will become part of an international and collaborative business environment where you can gain valuable hands-on experience in sales, marketing, key account support and cross-functional coordination. In this role, you will support commercial activities across the EMEA region, work closely with a variety of stakeholders, and contribute to customer-focused initiatives with a particular focus on OEM account management and the customer Lidl.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Supporting OEM account management across the EMEA region and contributing to customer-focused commercial activities in an international environment
Assisting with sales and marketing activities for Lidl, helping to drive effective customer support and coordination
Maintaining and updating product master data sheets to ensure high data quality and accuracy
Coordinating ad-hoc requests and clarifications with cross-functional teams, including topics such as product availability, launch timelines, and product or process updates
Supporting the Key Account Manager in the preparation of customer offers, presentations and annual business reviews
Maintaining and entering pricing information in GDPT with accuracy and attention to detail
Managing customer sample orders via Salesforce and ensuring smooth coordination of related activities
Providing flexible support to the team on a range of administrative, operational and ad-hoc tasks
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
Minimum qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Business related field
Strong interest in sales, marketing, key account management and customer-facing business processes
A proactive, independent, well-structured and reliable way of working
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics effectively
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
A high affinity for digital tools and systems, with the ability to quickly learn new applications and processes
Very good written and spoken English and German
Preferred qualifications
Initial experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Support or Customer Support is an advantage
