Assistant Accountant

3NK Engineers & Architects, a creative team of architects, designers and engineers of different specialties founded in 2010, is seeking for an Assistant Accountant to join our finance team.

If you have a degree in Accounting or Finance, you are interested in helping our financial department run smoothly and becoming a part of a team of professionals working to accomplish long-term success, we would like to meet you.

• →Create and update expense reports
• →Issue invoices and process bank payments
• →Perform daily journal entries in ERP software
• →Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements
• →Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• →Liaise with suppliers, contractors and clients
• →Oversees and ensures compliance with myData procedures
• →Collaborate with other team members and external partner accountants to ensure timely and accurate financial operations

• →Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
• →2-3 years of experience in an accounting department
• →Excellent use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• →Experience in myData
• →Attention to detail
• →Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors
• →Teamwork and cooperation, organizational skills
• →Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• →Fluency in English
• →Fulfilled military obligations
