Project and Delivery Tools Officer

This is an opportunity to help shape how DT&D delivers work across Co-op. Rather than simply administering systems, you'll play a key role in improving the tools, processes and experiences that support teams every day. You'll have the chance to influence how delivery information is managed, reported and used, drive continuous improvement, and help colleagues get the most value from the platforms they rely on. •    Lead the administration, configuration and continuous improvement of our project delivery and portfolio management tooling, currently Planview/KeyedIn, while helping shape the future evolution of our tooling landscape 
•    Act as the subject matter expert, providing support and guidance to colleagues across DT&D
•    Act as a trusted adviser to project, programme and delivery teams, helping them identify the most effective ways to use delivery tooling to achieve their objectives 
•    Create and maintain training materials, guidance and onboarding resources that help colleagues get the best from our tooling
•    Work with different user groups to identify opportunities to improve adoption, consistency and user experience
•    Help measure and demonstrate the value delivered through tooling improvements, automation and process optimisation, using data and insights to support continuous improvement
•    Help maintain high-quality data that supports effective reporting, forecasting and decision-making
•    Analyse feedback, usage trends and business needs to identify improvement opportunities and inform future development
•    Support the ongoing convergence of project and product tooling across the organisation

•    Experience supporting, administering or improving project delivery, portfolio management or similar tooling platforms (such as Planview/KeyedIn, Sciforma, MS Project, or similar)
•    A good understanding of project, programme or portfolio delivery environments, including Agile and product-led ways of working 
•    Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organisation
•    Experience working with data, reporting or management information to support decision-making
•    A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into practical solutions
•    Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work based on business value
•    A passion for learning, sharing knowledge and helping others succeed
