Cultivation Associate

The Cultivation Flowering Associate is a hands-on, essential role within our Cultivation team. You'll work closely with our Flowering Supervisors and Managers to nurture and manage our plants from growth through harvest. No two days look exactly the same — you'll rotate through a variety of tasks including transplanting, pruning, defoliating, trellising, integrated pest management, harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying, binning, curing, waste disposal, and keeping your workspace clean and organized. If you have a genuine curiosity for how plants grow and love being part of a collaborative team, you'll thrive here.

Starting at $18/hr

You'll work in a clean, professional indoor cultivation environment using tools like pruning scissors and sanitation equipment. PPE is provided on-site when needed. Expect a range of physical activity throughout your shift — standing, walking, kneeling, bending, lifting, and squatting. The environment has temperatures and humidity levels typical of indoor grow facilities, along with ambient noise from fans and motors, and plant pollen in the air.

 

 

*NOTE: The facility contains confined spaces that may only be accessible by ascending/descending stairwells while traveling throughout building. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
