OtherBrand

As one of Europe’s most recognized streetwear brands, 6PM stands out not only through our designs and unique vibe, but above all through our community. Whether it’s pop-up tours, our own record label, or collaborations – we don’t just make fashion. We create culture.

And now, we’re looking for you!

The role holder plans and delivers 6PM's content productions and live brand formats,

and manages the external partners required for both. Concept and visual language are

owned by Brand. This role is accountable for feasibility, cost, resourcing, scheduling,

compliance and delivery.

The role exists to consolidate two production disciplines under one owner, from

standalone campaign shoots to brand experiences and pop-ups.

  • Translate creative concepts from Brand into production plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Book and manage crew, casting, talent, models, locations, studios and equipment in alignment with Brand and Marketing.
  • Run pre-production, production and post-production through edit, grade, retouch and delivery in the required channel formats.
  • Manage usage rights, buyouts, model releases and music licensing, and maintain the record of what has been licensed for how long.
  • Plan and deliver pop-ups, drop events, PR stunts, community and music formats.
  • Secure locations and contracts; obtain permits and manage official conditions with the relevant authorities.
  • Select, contract and manage suppliers across set build, technical production, security, catering and logistics.
  • Prepare risk assessments and implement safety concepts, including capacity limits, queue management, escape routes, stewarding and the emergency escalation chain.
  • Manage run of show, talent and VIP handling, load-out and reinstatement.
  • Plan content capture into every live format at concept stage, including shot list, camera positions and lighting.
  • Coordinate capture crew and same-day or next-day asset delivery with Social and Brand.
  • Maintain the production calendar with milestones, lead times and points of no return, and feed it into the marketing calendar.
  • Build and maintain the freelancer and supplier bench, including rate cards and framework agreements.
  • Control production budgets, track committed versus actual spend, and report variances to the Head of Marketing.
  • Conduct a written debrief after each production covering cost, timing and learnings, and update standard lead times accordingly.

Weightings are indicative and shift with the seasonal calendar.
