Material Handler

• →Pulls orders and arranges shipments of  parcels through Warehouse Management System (WMS); under supervision, determines the method of shipment.
• →Accurately picks and packs items for shipping.
• →Unloads and stores shipments.
• →Prepares delivery orders.
• →Unloads and breaks down freight to meet delivery schedules.
• →Unloads and breaks down freight onto pallets.
• →Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• →Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages.
• →Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
• →Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• →Operates multiple style lift trucks or uses hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
• →Performs maintenance tasks including:  cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment and machines.
• →Cross-trains in additional responsibilities.
• →Performs additional duties as assigned by management
• →Drives company vehicle to pick up and deliver materials, including occasional transport
  across international borders, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and
  company procedures.

Required Qualifications

• →Highschool Diploma/GED
• →1 year of previous warehouse/maintenance experience 
• →Must have a valid U.S. Passport
• →Must have a valid Drivers License
• →Able to travel to and from Canada 

Preferred Qualifications 

• →  Experience operating a forklift/Electric Pallet Jack
