We are seeking a bilingual IT Project Manager to lead and support IT projects and support desk functions for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will manage project lifecycles, coordinate with vendors, and ensure delivery within scope and budget while maintaining high-quality user support.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Prepare and update project documentation, manage vendor activities, and ensure flawless execution of projects on time and within budget.
  • Engineering & Support: Provide support desk functions, handle inquiries, track incident statuses, and execute predefined operational tasks.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Analyze project/support case performance versus forecasts, identify areas for improvement, and report statuses to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and motivation to team members, coordinating internal and external resources to meet milestones.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively streamline operations and propose solutions to optimize business processes.
