Dental Sterilizer/X-Ray Technician

Seeking a Dental Assistant who has a passion to help the community by providing dental services in a Denti-Cal based office that doesn't operate a clinical practice but as a private practice for Denti-Cal patients. This office also accepts other insurance, so it is a healthy mixture of insurance base patients. Responsibilities Welcome patients in the dental office, Seating and Dismissing Patients for the day Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to state regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry - Occasionally Undertake lab tasks as instructed Complete necessary radiographs on patients efficiently and quickly Keep the dental room is clean and well-stocked Dental Assistant Characteristics: Disciplined Resilient Persistent Conscientious Loyal Ambitious Honest Flexible Integrity Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Requirements High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred Dental Assistant Certification or at least 1 year minimum dental experience X-Ray License Dental Assistant Qualifications / Skills: Dental health maintenance Use of dental technology Infection control Patient services Creating a safe, effective environment Listening Teamwork Bedside manner Benefits Holiday Pay Bonus Structure
