Registered Dental Assistant EF2

A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a well-established, multi-provider general dental practice in Stockton, CA seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant EF2 (RDAEF2) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled EF2 dental assistant who thrives in a fast-paced dental office, is confident with expanded functions, and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. There is also room for growth for newer EF2's once the opportunity to get their foot in the door. Please note pay will start at $35 no exceptions until work ethics, skill set and quality of work is proven (i.e: fillings stay in place, deliveries stay in place, minimal returned lab cases, no re-do's, Solid clinical notes, etc.) then pay will increase. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and experienced in a high-volume dental setting, with the ability to support multiple providers and maintain an efficient clinical workflow. Key Responsibilities: Perform expanded functions dental assisting (EF2 duties) in compliance with California regulations Assist with restorative dentistry, crown & bridge, fillings, and advanced procedures Place and finish restorations within RDAEF2 scope of practice Take digital x-rays (radiographs), impressions, and intraoral scans Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently Support multi-doctor dental practice workflow Provide excellent chairside assisting and patient communication Practice Highlights: Established general dentistry practice (40+ years) Multi-provider dental office with strong support team 9 operatories and modern technology PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base Services include cosmetic dentistry, implants, restorative, endodontics, and oral surgery Schedule: Monday: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 9:10 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 9:10 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:10 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends This is a consistent, full-schedule in a structured, team-oriented environment. Ideal RDAEF2 is willing to start at $35 and work their way up to a higher pay as the office is not familiar with quality of work. Requirements Active California Registered Dental Assistant EF2 (RDAEF2) license Minimum 2+ years dental assisting experience Experience in a general dental practice or multi-doctor office preferred Proficient in Dentrix dental software (preferred) Strong knowledge of restorative procedures, dental materials, and expanded functions Experience with digital radiographs, impressions, and patient care Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dental office Reliable, dependable, and punctual with strong work ethic Excellent communication and teamwork skills Benefits Pay starting at $35/hour+ DOE Medical insurance (employer contributes) Dental benefits for employee and family 401(k) with employer match (after 1 year) Stable, long-term opportunity in an established dental practice Opportunity to work at the top of your EF2 license Supportive, team-oriented dental environment
