• →Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex software solutions supporting Manhattan Active WMS.
• →Develop and maintain high-quality applications, integrations, and services using Java and Python.
• →Drive enhancements, configuration, and deployment activities across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• →Architect and optimize MySQL databases, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• →Design, deploy, and support cloud-based solutions within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• →Analyze and resolve complex production issues, serving as a senior-level escalation point for critical incidents.
• →Lead code reviews and champion engineering standards, best practices, and secure coding principles.
• →Partner with architects, product owners, UX/UI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
• →Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation roadmaps.
• →Define and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and release processes.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, including object-oriented design, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Python for application development, automation, and system integration.
• Advanced experience with MySQL, including database design, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud engineering best practices.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows and branching strategies.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, software testing, and application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and modern DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working within cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
