Retail Sales Associate

• Hourly Pay: $16.37 – $20.93. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

  • Monday 9AM to 6PM, Tuesday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 12PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week

You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:

• →Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• →Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• →Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• →Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings. This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
