Responsible for shift operation of an Exchange branch facility. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.
Requirements

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility. If applicable to position, associate must successfully complete the management motor compliance course number 175S within three months of occupying position.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. THE APPLICANT MUST BE 21 AND OLDER TO APPLY. THE APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MONDAY-SATURDAY 0900-1730 BASED ON THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE FACILITY. THE APPLICANT MUST POSSES PREVIOUS RETAIL EXPERIENCES.
