Spvy Cust Exp Spec (Firearms)/Lewis Main/Regular Full Time

Create an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers with firearm and ammunition purchases, providing exceptional service, Lead, train and empower team members utilizing leadership skills. Responsible for accurate record keeping and adherence to all FFL and state laws to ensure program compliance.

Completion of High school or the equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records is required. Must pass a background check and comply with all legal requirements for firearms sales. Position is subject to random drug testing.

POSITION COMES WITH BENEFITS TO INCLUDE MEDICAL/DENTAL/LIFE INSURANCE, 401K, PAID VACATION AND SICK LEAVE.ABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. MUST BE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DETAIL ORIENTED. HAS A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, A TEAM PLAYER. ABLE TO LIFT MORE THAN 40 LBS.MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO APPLY AND PASS AN INITIAL DRUG TEST. MUST BE WILLING TO ACTIVELY ENGAGE IN THE SELLING OF AMMUNITION AND FIREARMS. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN SELLING FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION IS PREFERRED.THIS POSITION IS LOCATED AT THE LEWIS MAIN STORE WORKING PREDOMINATLY IN FIREARMS.
