Systems Analyst Lead

Plans, organizes and manages one or more IT applications that support Exchange business functions for IT application management. Uses proficient knowledge to manage the tasks and events associated with the IT process. Safeguards physical access to Exchange restricted data, processes and services.

Six years of experience in programming and/or systems analysis and design. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

A technical bachelor's degree and four years of experience in programming and/or systems analysis and design. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems):

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,
• Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of enterprise application support experience, including Oracle EBS Procurement; three years leading technical teams, including on-call operations; and three years managing IT projects through completion against schedule, budget, and scope.
• Experience supporting retail Loss Prevention, asset protection, fraud detection systems, or the point-of-sale and transaction data supporting those functions.
• Strong SQL skills across Oracle, PostgreSQL/Greenplum, and SQL
• Server; experience with data warehousing, ETL operations, and monitoring tools such as Nagios; and working knowledge of Power BI and SSRS.
• Demonstrated project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and status reporting skills using Agile and Waterfall methods, with experience in JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with ITIL incident and change management and an understanding of sensitive-data handling, PCI DSS, access controls, and audit requirements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, executives, and vendors.

Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs. Prepares and presents status reports to senior management. May develop budget and expenditures for the IT process.
Interprets program specs, programs, tests and debugs programs. Creates and maintains applications and develops written programming specifications and documentation to support applications.
Ensures internal controls are adhered to in relation to audit procedures and security. Ensures systems and data integrity, confidentiality, and availability by managing and implementing controls.
Provides subject matter expert support in identifying and troubleshooting issues for IT applications.
Coaches and manages staff. Provides project leadership for new initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.

24x7 work environment supporting Exchange operations, which requires either shift work, on call, and/or after hours project work and may include holidays, and weekends
