100 bed community hospital. 30,000-33,000 annual patient visits in the ED. Proximity to Winston and Boone .

Requirements

Annual CME allowance of $3,000.00 and 50 hours paid.
Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage effective on Day 1
Retirement match starts at 90 days, and the company will match up to 6%.
Potential for FSLF as a 501c(3) which – while is not cash in hand – is a significant value-add for most with loan burden.
