House Supervisor

• 6pm-6:30am

• Limited weekends

• Holiday rotation

• BSN Required

• Inpatient RN experience preferred

In this role, you'll oversee the coordination of nursing and patient care services, make critical administrative decisions, and serve as the key liaison between nursing, hospital leadership, and multidisciplinary teams. You'll help ensure safe, high-quality patient care by supporting staff, optimizing resources, resolving complex situations, and facilitating effective communication throughout the organization.

As a trusted clinical expert and resource, you'll guide caregivers through challenging patient care needs, connect teams with appropriate resources, and help foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• Required to obtain ACLS and PALS by the American Heart Association
