Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Clinic hours 8am-4:30pm. Some shifts open at 7:30am-4pm and others close after last patient. The opening/closing responsibilities rotate with the team.

$19.80 - $31.20

To provide efficient, effective, quality customer service and practice support through a variety of general office duties including scheduling, coding, registration and billing. Maximize revenues by collecting payment at time of service and entering accurate and up-to-date billing information (address, insurance coverage, etc.) into the patient accounting system. Assists clinical staff in maintaining accurate medical records.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years related customer service experience
  • Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Suite 102 is interconnected with the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation program and specializes in conditions affecting the spine, nerve roots and spinal cord.  The team of nurse practitioners, physical therapists, and advanced spine specialists coordinate directly with the neurosurgeons to manage both non-surgical rehabilitation plans and pre- or post- operative surgical care.

 

Requirements

  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.​ 
  • Exposed to a normal office environment with significant patient and public contact.  May be exposed to ill or contagious patients.​ 
  • Must be able to transition from sitting to standing frequently.  Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time and be physically mobile throughout the workday.​ 
  • Frequently lifts to 10 lbs. and occasionally lifts 20 lbs. or more.  This occurs when moving equipment and supplies and when transporting patients and/or charts.​ 
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs. with assistance.​ 
  • ​​Sensory requirements include vision, hearing and touch.  Must also be able to speak clearly.  
  • ​Must be able to use hands with fine motor skills for keyboard data entry.
