This role is tied to the opening of our new, state-of-the-art bed tower, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative phase of growth within an academic Level I trauma center. The facility is designed to support high-acuity patient care, advanced clinical technology, and innovative education, while optimizing interdisciplinary collaboration and streamlined workflows.
Team members joining at this time will play a key role in establishing standards, educating staff within a new environment, and shaping care delivery models that support a high-reliability, patient-centered culture from the ground up.
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new grads
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
