Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool II - Emergency Department

Will support Pineville ED as well as three freestanding EDs - Steele Creek, Providence, and Ballantyne. At least one year ED experience required. Full-Time Nights.

The Pineville ED Float position will have Pineville as the teammate’s primary home location; however, the role requires flexibility to support staffing needs across multiple sites. Teammates in this position will be expected to float between all four facilities, including Pineville Emergency Department and the three freestanding emergency departments located in Steele Creek, Providence, and Ballantyne. Regular floating between these locations is a core requirement of the role to ensure appropriate coverage and patient care across the region.

What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
