• Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient service and hospitality standards are maintained.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products and resolve any discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
