We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager with over 10 years of expertise in building, designing, implementing, and driving strategic learning initiatives that enhance employee capability and business performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise-wide learning strategies, leading leadership development programs, managing learning technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
- Develop and execute the organization’s Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify training gaps through stakeholder discussions, performance insights, employee feedback, and business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement targeted learning programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
- Conduct organization-wide training needs analysis and competency gap assessments
- Design and implement leadership development, functional capability-building, and behavioral learning programs
- Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability-building priorities
- Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, including planning, content development, delivery, evaluation, and reporting
- Lead onboarding and induction programmes for new employees
- Curate and manage digital learning content through Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.
- Drive learning innovation through blended learning, e-learning, microlearning, and virtual instructor-led training
- Evaluate training effectiveness using learning metrics, feedback, business impact, and ROI
- Manage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and certification partners
- Develop succession planning and high-potential employee development programs
- Coach managers on talent development and performance improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on emerging learning technologies, AI-enabled learning solutions, and industry best practices
- Manage the L&D budget to ensure optimal and cost-effective utilization of learning resources
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
- Proven experience in designing leadership development and capability-building initiatives
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience in facilitating executive and leadership training programs
- Experience hiring for Healthcare and technology roles, including Salesforce, Data Engineering, AI, and related domains.
- Experience in IT Services, Global Capability Centers (GCC), Healthcare, or Consulting organizations is preferred
