AB Spectrum isn’t just another ABA clinic, we're a Top Workplace recognized by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. We’ve earned this recognition, which is based entirely on employee feedback, because we foster a culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow

If you’re an experienced RBT ready to take the next step in your career, this is your opportunity to move beyond direct therapy and become a mentor, and role model, while still doing the meaningful hands-on work you love.

We specialize in ReggioABA™ therapy, a unique Therapy Through Play model that blends evidence-based ABA with the creativity and child-led philosophy of the Reggio Emilia approach and Natural Environment Teaching (NET). We are proud to be the only provider of ReggioABA™ in the region, and we are growing quickly.

We are hiring Senior RBTs to help lead that growth.

This is not a standard RBT position.

As a Senior RBT, you are stepping into a mentorship-in-action role, supporting newer staff, modeling best practices, and helping create strong, consistent, high-quality classrooms across our clinics.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • →Deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a dynamic clinic environment
  • →Model best practices for newer RBTs and BTs in real time
  • →Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 in a clinic-based setting
  • →Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA
  • →Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress
  • →Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed
  • →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff
  • →Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally and respectfully with families
  • →Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through our Reggio ABA™ approach
  • →Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions to build your skills
  • →Bring professionalism and kindness into every session

We’re hiring Senior RBTs who are ready for more responsibility and more impact.

You should bring:

  • Active RBT Certification (BACB)
  • At least 1 year of RBT experience with strong implementation skills
  • Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, including responsibility for timely renewals and competency assessments
  • Confidence working in fast-paced clinical environments with a team-first mindset and professional consistency
  • Thorough understanding of the RBT Ethics Code and a commitment to high standards of professional integrity
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass a background check
  • No immediate family members currently receiving services at our clinics to ensure clinical integrity

This role is designed as a career accelerator, not just a job title.

Senior RBTs have access to:

  • Leadership development opportunities
  • Advanced ReggioABA™ training
  • Mentorship and coaching experience
  • Expanded clinical skill development
  • Pathways toward future leadership roles

If you want to grow your career in ABA, this is where it happens.

Because here, you’re not just filling a shift, you’re building a career.

At AB Spectrum, you’ll find:

  • A supportive, mission-driven culture that values clinicians
  • A team that believes in developing leaders from within
  • Play-based, Reggio-inspired therapy environments
  • Real mentorship, not just supervision
  • Strong collaboration across disciplines
  • A workplace built on kindness, excellence, and growth

If you’re an experienced RBT who’s ready to do more, lead more, grow more, and impact more, this is your moment.

Join a team where your experience matters, your voice is heard, and your growth is a priority.
