Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Provide basic IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and users.
- → Install, configure, and troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
- → Assist in system maintenance, upgrades, and inventory management.
- → Escalate complex issues to the IT team when needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's in CS/IT or final-year student.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and Windows systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in IT support.
