Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems, and network-related issues via phone, email, remote tools, or on-site support.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Support Windows and MacOS environments, including software updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN access.
  • Manage and document support tickets, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions and maintain IT security and operational standards.
  • Deliver professional and customer-focused IT support services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Previous experience in IT Support or Helpdesk roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, MacOS, hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
