Responsibilities

→Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
→Provide supervision and clinical support to RBTs and BCaBAs
→Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
→Partner with families and collaborate with schools and other providers
→Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
→Deliver services in home, school, and/or clinic settings based on client needs

Requirements

BCBA certification (or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA services
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
