The Compliance Monitoring Analyst Africa will support and perform transactional monitoring of compliance-related activities in multiple affiliates throughout the Africa region. Monitoring activities will be conducted in collaboration with in-country OEC team members in each affiliate. The role will also include responsibility for supporting data analytics projects in the African region and participating in global OEC monitoring and data analytics projects.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Relevant experience in compliance, audit, data analytics and/or business intelligence area strongly preferred.
- →Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, or equivalent is preferred
- →Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience.
- →Familiarity and/or work experience with medical devices and/or pharmaceutical compliance rules and practices strongly preferred.
- →Strong English language skills, including the ability to write clearly in English and communicate effectively in a multi-national working environment
- →Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, including working with large data sets; loading, manipulating, analyzing data; designing visualizations and dashboards.
- →Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- →Collaborative mindset, team player.
- →Comfortable interacting with people from all around the region and the US and working with documents in multiple languages using commonly available translation tools.
