Our community of ~750 employees produce a range of diagnostic test strips for the Freestyle family of sensors used with Abbott’s Freestyle glucose monitoring products that enable our customers live their best lives through better health.
As site Human Resources Manager, you will report to the Ireland Human Resources Director, be a member of the Abbott Ireland HR Staff and the Donegal Site Leadership Team.
Your primary function will be to manage the delivery of HR services for the Donegal site ensuring alignment with HR Strategy and the needs of the business. You will also have responsibility for progressing the Ireland HR strategy and programs with demonstrated experience across Employee Relations, Organizational Design, Talent Fulfilment, and Compensation & Benefits.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
15+ years’ experience in HR
HR acumen: experience managing areas such as talent management, performance management, organizational design/development, ER, TA, compensation.
Multi HR-functional experience (TA, ER, Talent Development, Compensation).
Progressive HR Manager / Business Partner experience.
