The Meetings & Events Coordinator position works out of our Austin, TX location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management Division.
As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats.
Support multiple, simultaneous complex events in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate and manage all event inventory and logistics including displays and signs, event presentations, sales and marketing collateral, etc.
Take ownership and responsibility of our in-person events: be on-site to set up, align with the on-site team, tear down, clean site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
Coordinate internal processes & deliverables (ie procurement processes, documentation, transparency reporting)
Secure and manage multiple vendors to plan the events in an effective manner
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum of 2 years experience
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities required
Extremely organized with great attention to detail
Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications and
Proficient in office technology and software including MS Office Suite and Cvent,Monday.com
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
