Technical Service Specialist - Campania - Apprendistato

The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs), providing backup first-line (Level 1) service, and supporting instrument installations and deinstallations.

  Provide first-line technical service to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours of labor)

  Schedule and perform planned maintenance (PM) activities

• →

  Execute hardware and software upgrades (Technical Service Bulletins – TSBs)

• →

  Support instrument installations and deinstallations

• →

  Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction (NPS), service KPIs, and the district’s economic growth and profitability

• Bachelor’s / Engineering degree in medical, electrical, mechanical engineering or medical technology preferred or equivalent experience required

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong experience using analytical tools and technical software

This position plays a key role in ensuring instrument reliability, service quality, and customer satisfaction through effective maintenance, upgrades, and technical support activities.
