Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Associate, you will:

  • →Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web-based support tools.
  • →Deliver a professional and timely customer experience.
  • →Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical guidance on Abbott Rapid Diagnostics products.
  • →Gather and document detailed information to support investigations and issue resolution.
  • →Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and inquiries in line with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • →Communicate investigation findings and updates clearly and professionally.
  • →Collaborate with colleagues across functions to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • →Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
  • →Build and maintain strong knowledge of product portfolios and support processes.
  • →Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field such as: Life Sciences Biomedical Sciences Healthcare Services Nursing Engineering Medical Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum one year of experience in: Customer service, Technical support, Healthcare support, or A clinical or medical environment.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.

  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage competing demands.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn technical product information and communicate it clearly to customers.
