→ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, creative teams, and technical staff, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
→ Provide prepress and digital print support, including proofreading client artwork and preparing files for production
→ Edit and optimize client files for print readiness using Adobe Creative Suite
→ Coordinate and manage press checks, mock-ups, revisions, and client approvals
→ Oversee project scheduling, workflow management, and production timelines to meet tight deadlines and budgets
→ Manage day-to-day print shop operations, including inventory control, supply ordering, and equipment coordination
→ Support and maintain small format printers, large format printers, and plotters
→ Perform print finishing and bindery tasks as needed
→ Assist with conference room setup, client meetings, and onsite support services

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the printing industry (digital printing, prepress, or print production)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong knowledge of color digital printing, print production processes, and bindery operations
Experience with print equipment, materials, and finishing techniques
Excellent customer service and client-facing communication skills
Ability to confidently present printing capabilities and services to clients
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communication skills for team collaboration and task delegation
