Responsibilities:
As the Manufacturing Group Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of driving transformation for leading manufacturers in Southeast Asia. You’ll lead high-performing teams, shape strategy, and deliver innovative solutions that redefine operational excellence.
  1. Lead and grow the Manufacturing Business Unit, overseeing project delivery, client satisfaction, and team development.
  2. Reporting to Business Unit Lead.
  3. Develop and execute business strategies aligned with ABeam’s corporate goals and market opportunities.
  4. Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and lead proposal development and sales efforts.
  7. Ensure high-quality delivery of consulting services, including business process improvement, ERP implementation (e.g., SAP), and digital transformation.
  8. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  9. Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage best practices and drive innovation.
  10. Represent ABeam Indonesia in industry forums, client meetings, and internal leadership discussions.


Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. 15-20 years of experience in management consulting or industry leadership within manufacturing.
  3. Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects, especially in ERP (SAP preferred), supply chain, or operations.
  4. Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing trends and challenges in Southeast Asia.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Fluent in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
  7. Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrix organization.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
