Clinical Supervisor - Cleveland

Anew is an outpatient behavioral health provider that helps individuals facing mental health and substance use disorders.

The Regional Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical services for mental health therapists, substance use therapists, and case managers while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. This role will focus on quality assurance, clinical oversight, supervision, and program development across multiple service lines. 

• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Independent Licensure (LISW, LPCC, LIMFT, LICDC, or equivalent). 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health and/or SUD treatment. 

• Supervisory experience preferred. 

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health and substance use. 

• Experience with quality assurance, documentation audits, and accreditation compliance. 

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 

• Monday through Friday, In-between 8 AM to 6PM, 4 days in office (1 office per day, at a minimum)
