PT Recovery Monitor - Springfield

Anew is an outpatient behavioral health provider that helps individuals facing mental health and substance use disorders.

• →Monitor recovery cases from initiation to resolution.
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities.
• →Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and support throughout the recovery process.
• →Collaborate with team members to develop and implement recovery strategies.
• →Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• →Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the recovery process.
• →Provide regular reports on recovery progress to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in recovery services, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
