Program Facilitator (Fluent in Korean)

Abilitie is looking for engaging, energetic, and skilled contract facilitators to lead simulation-based business training programs. Facilitators are asked to teach concrete principles of management, leadership, and/or business acumen using one of our team-based business simulations. Facilitators are trained on the program content by our staff and are asked to become familiar with leadership and/or business acumen course content in areas such as business strategy, team and group leadership, financial statements and ratio analysis, basic return on investment analysis, and/or similar leadership and financial business acumen topics.

Programs may be delivered virtually or in-person based on client needs. This position is offered on a contract basis – it is not full-time, nor benefits eligible. While we are unable to guarantee the number of programs/hours worked as it depends on our clients’ varying needs, this specific position is being posted for a client delivery opportunity on December 17th, 2026, serving learners in Korea. The selected facilitator will be onboarded and trained starting in October 2026.

The conditions would be:

• Available to facilitate for a full work day, in-person in Seoul, Korea on December 17th, 2026
• Fluent in spoken and written Korean
• Ideally be based in Korea or a nearby country (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.) 
• Strong comfort with English – excellent command of speaking, hearing, and reading the English language. While the actual delivery will be either fully or partially in Korean, the training process, our facilitator notes/Agenda/Run Sheet, interacting with Abilitie staff, client interactions if an Abilitie staff is present, and some of our technology (program management) would all be in English.
• Working experience – can come from any industry, with facilitation experience and people management/leadership experience. 
• Tech Savvy – must be confident in navigating the mechanics of our Simulation technology, while juggling the powerpoint slides, etc.
• Facilitation style - must know how to successfully lead socratic discussions in addition to following the notes about the content that is taught (for example, the socratic discussions are the large group discussions that occur between simulation rounds). Must also be able to command the room of up to 40 participants, as well as ask thoughtfully challenging questions to participants to help them deepen their thought and self-awareness.

Availability:

• This contract position is for an immediate need to deliver for a client on December 17th, 2026, but will also be considered for additional client deliveries in development.

Compensation:

• Abilitie pays both flat rate and hourly rates depending on the modality of the delivery. For this specific delivery, it will be a flat rate. Client has approved reimbursable travel with economy airfare.

Certification Process & Timing:

• Plan for 6 weeks prior to delivery, with a combination of self-study and 3-4 sessions live with a teaching faculty.

• Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree/MBA strongly preferred
• Facilitation experience. You must have both a desire to facilitate and a demonstrated aptitude in facilitating leadership and/or business themes
• Prior managerial experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal communication ability and aptitude in managing a classroom or online learning space designed for up to 40 participants
• High comfort level with dynamic, discussion format
