Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling is looking for a motivated, dependable Team Lead – Logistics Warehouse to help drive daily warehouse operations at our Fairless Hills, PA facility.

This is your opportunity to lead by example, work alongside a dedicated team, and make a real impact in an industrial environment where safety, teamwork, and operational excellence come first.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, staging, and material movement.

Lead by example, providing hands-on guidance and support to warehouse employees.

Help prioritize daily assignments to keep operations safe, organized, and on schedule.

Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse documentation.
→
Partner with Logistics, Operations, and Shipping & Receiving to maintain efficient workflow.
→
Promote our Safety First culture and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

This is a working team lead position without direct supervisory responsibilities.

2+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.
Previous lead or team coordination experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Forklift experience preferred.
Basic computer or inventory management system experience.
A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
