Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.
- →Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various tools and machinery.
- →Weld, solder, or join parts according to project specifications and safety standards.
- →Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- →Maintain and operate fabrication equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- →Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to complete projects on time.
- →Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- →Proven experience as a fabricator, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry.
- →Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- →Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery.
- →Knowledge of metal properties and fabrication techniques.
- →Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- →Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- →Understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to fabrication work.
